Background
Ann Pumma comes from a professional background rooted in project management, investment-related projects, and strategic business coordination.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she has worked across complex business environments involving feasibility analysis, stakeholder management, investment planning, and large-scale project execution.
Over time, Ann developed a strong interest not only in managing projects, but in understanding the investment logic behind them — how value is created, how assets are positioned, and how strategic planning shapes long-term outcomes.
Her exposure to international business environments and cross-border professional networks further expanded her perspective on global investment trends, particularly the increasing interest foreign investors have toward Thailand.
The Gap
Through her interactions with international investors and business professionals, Ann began noticing a recurring challenge within Thailand’s property market.
While many foreign investors were interested in Thailand, they often lacked access to reliable local insight, strategic investment guidance, and trustworthy long-term advisory support. Much of the market remained heavily transaction-driven, focusing primarily on property sales rather than investment strategy.
Ann saw that international investors were not simply looking to BUY PROPORTY. They were looking for carefully selected opportunities, local market intelligence, risk assessment, strategic execution, and trusted partnerships capable of helping them navigate Thailand with confidence.
“I realized there was a gap between what international investors truly needed and what traditional brokerage models were offering,” Ann explains. “Many investors were looking for strategic guidance, not just property listings.”
